In the backdrop of the chip independence in China, Tianjin Yidingfeng Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd. combines customer needs and its own experience in mass production and development of hundreds of thousands of domestically produced chips. With a professional research and development team and the comprehensive automated production system,Tianjin Yidingfeng Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd. uses domestically produced chips to replace similar imported chips to produce a domestically produced vehicle controller VCU4200. The localization rate of the controller chip has reached 100%. Through customized toolchains, standard software packages, mature and rich standardized function algorithm libraries, the reliability of the system has been improved and the development cycle of the project has been shortened. The controller has completed the SOP mass production and has been approved by multiple OEMs for OTS. It will be applied in batches to multiple domestic vehicle models.
1. Overview
The VCU4200 is developed by Tianjin Yidingfeng Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd., which is suitable for pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles with the power supply system of 12V. It has standard and flexible basic software interfaces and integration environment. The application software supports model-based development methods to be customized according to customer needs.

2.1 High-performance 32-bit MCU (160M main frequency);
2.2 Multiple channels of HSD and LSD, PWM outputs can be configured to meet personalized needs;
2.3 Multi CAN/CANFD/LIN channels of communication interface and wake-up function;
2.4 Rich signal input interfaces, supporting analog, digital, and PWM acquisition;
2.5 The basic software and application software both comply with the AUTOSAR interface standard. The basic software is generated by Autosar/MCAL configuration and has a mature and rich standardized algorithm library;
2.6 Supporting CAN communication interface wake-up, with communication fault monitoring (power self-diagnosis, message timeout, node loss, etc.) and communication fault handling (Busoff processing) functions;
2.7 Supporting common diagnostic services,the UDS parameter customization, the customizable secure access algorithm, grades, and parameters. Bootloader flashing process and parameters can be customized for the remote vehicle OTA flashing;
2.8 Supporting AUTOSAR network management, collaborating with various network segments and controllers to sleep and wake up.The network management parameters can be configured , and the network management messages can be customized.
