VCU5000

VCU5000 can integrate the main board function of BMS and is suitable for pure electric vehicles and hybird vehicles with a power supply system of 12V based on the development technology and experience a number of years.

Product introduction

1.Overview

VCU5000 is a domestically produced control unit developed by Tianjin Yidingfeng Powertrain Technology Co., Ltd., which can also integrate the main board function of BMS and is suitable for pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles with a power supply system of 12V based on the development technology and experience a number of years. A master chip with multi-core 32-bit automotive grade processing is used with a clock bus speed of 300MHz. This product can be used for hardware in the loop testing of rapid prototyping, with flexible basic software interfaces and integrated environment. The application software supports model-based development methods to be customized according to customer needs.

Note: If UBR (Pin39,52) is directly powered by a battery, VCU5000 has no prevention of reverse function, reverse voltage will burn out some electronic components, and VCU5000 will not ensure the normal operation.

3. Product Features

       3.1 Localized design to ensure supply chain security;

       3.2 Adopting domestic 32-bit multi-core MCU, 300MHz main frequency, A/B partition;

       3.3 Rich hardware interface resources, including 1 channel of onboard Ethernet, 5 channels of CANFD, 3 channels of LIN, and 2 channels of sent signal; 25 channels of low side, 9 channels of high side, 2 channels of H-bridge, 51 channels of input, 4 channels of solenoid valve driverr and charging interface circuits;

       3.4 Functional Security level ASIL-C, CyberSecurity, and  AUTOSAR4.2.2;

       3.5 ASPICE V3.0 standard development process; 

       3.6 Suitable for A-class, B-class, and C-class pure electric and hybrid passenger cars.
